Six MDD teams in Angola passed the testing on Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 held in Angola. After the theoretical part and obedience drill, each team had to perform the box search, marking of the found mine and checking up on each marked indication. All handlers were successful, and the testing commission consisted of representatives from INAD,CANID and UNDP. The teams will be certified and start working in the actual minefields of Angola.
Kuwait TV Station have visited Mine Detection Dog Center to produce a TV story about MDDC and our work. The footage made by a journalist and the TV crew was about MDDC achievemnts, presentation of the field work by MDDC Trainer, interview with MDDC Director and Fantomi Director as part of the story of MRE project that MDDC is implementing along the coubtry. The story about MDDC will be broadcasted on Kuwait National TV. 
The Armenian delegation was represented by the Director of the Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise from Armenia Mr. Ruben Arakelyan and General Inspector Samvel Martirosyan. During this visit, MDDC Director Nermin Hadžimujagić introduced the guests with the achievements and activities of MDDC, as well as with the operational capabilities of MDD teams in demining operations.
